How long will my order take?
Every order is printed with care right here in Australia.
Because many of our products are made to order, please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be printed, quality checked, packaged, and dispatched.
During busy periods such as Christmas, school holidays, major sales, or after large market events, production times may occasionally be a little longer. If this happens, we'll always do our best to keep you updated.
Once your order has been dispatched, shipping times will depend on your location and your chosen postage service.
We appreciate your patience—great prints are worth the wait!
What material are your products made from?
The majority of our products are printed using Premium PLA (Polylactic Acid) filament.
PLA is one of the most popular and reliable materials used in professional 3D printing because it offers:
• Excellent detail and surface finish
• Bright, vibrant colours
• Strong durability for everyday use
• Lightweight construction
• Plant-based renewable origins
PLA is perfect for decorative items, articulated toys, collectibles, desk accessories, gifts, sensory toys, and display pieces.
While PLA is durable, it is not designed for prolonged exposure to extreme heat or direct sunlight, as high temperatures may cause the material to soften or warp.
Are your products exactly the same as the photos?
Every effort is made to ensure product photos accurately represent the item you'll receive.
However, because every product is individually 3D printed, small differences may occur, including:
• Minor layer lines
• Tiny cosmetic imperfections
• Slight colour variations between filament batches
• Different screen colours between devices
These characteristics are completely normal and are part of what makes every 3D printed item unique.
Can I choose different colours or sizes?
Absolutely!
Many of our products are available in multiple colours and sizes.
Where available, you'll be able to select these options directly on the product page before placing your order.
If you're after a colour combination or size that isn't listed, feel free to contact us. We'll always do our best to accommodate custom requests whenever possible.
How do I know what size I'm ordering?
We've made choosing the right size as easy as possible.
Every product page includes detailed sizing information, allowing you to see the approximate dimensions before purchasing.
Measurements are typically displayed in millimetres (mm) or centimetres (cm) and generally include:
• Height
• Width
• Length
Because every design is different, we strongly recommend checking the listed dimensions before placing your order.
If you're ever unsure which size is right for you, just reach out—we're happy to help.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes—but timing is important.
Because many of our products are printed specifically for each customer, cancellations or changes can only be accepted before printing has begun.
Once production starts, we unfortunately cannot cancel or modify the order, as materials and printer time have already been committed.
If you've made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. The earlier you get in touch, the better the chance we can make the changes.
Do you accept returns?
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to find the best solution, whether that's a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Because many of our products are custom printed to order, we generally cannot accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected
• Incorrect colour selected
• Custom or personalised products
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you're unsure about anything beforehand, we're more than happy to answer your questions.
Are your products safe for children?
Many of our products are designed for collectors, hobbyists, or decorative use.
Some products may contain small parts that could present a choking hazard and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate.
Please ensure you read each individual product description for any specific safety information before purchasing.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes!
We love helping customers create something unique.
Depending on the product, we may be able to offer:

• Unique print requests
While we don't create original 3D models from scratch, we're always happy to discuss available options and see what we can do.

Some products sold by FriggnCoolPrints contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to the risk of choking.
Adult supervision is recommended whenever children are using our products.
Our products are intended for their designed purpose only and should not be used as chew toys, climbing aids, safety devices, or for any unintended purpose.
If a product becomes damaged, cracked, or broken, discontinue use immediately and dispose of it safely.
Product Care
To maximise the life of your product:
- Keep away from excessive heat or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
- Do not place products in dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, or clothes dryers unless specifically stated.
- Clean using a soft cloth with mild soap and water.

Licensed Designs
All of our products are produced under valid commercial licences obtained from talented independent designers.
FriggnCoolPrints does not claim ownership of licensed character or designer intellectual property where applicable. We only sell products where we have the appropriate commercial printing rights.
Limitation of Liability
By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
FriggnCoolPrints shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, or expense resulting from:
- Improper use
- Modification of the product
- Failure to follow safety warnings
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental misuse

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
